| Chapter 59 of the Laws of 1857, entitled "An Act to Provide for the Election of an Additional Justice of the Peace in the Town of Schodack, in the County of Rensselaer," was repealed by an act of the State Legislature 3-23-1965, which act also provided for the election of Justices of the Peace and Town Councilmen of the town. |
